I-Trac is a simple to install composite interlocking panel system that creates a continuous surface capable of dealing with all road-going vehicles and extreme static loadings. It’s the most flexible and highly capable temporary surfacing system available.
I-Trac temporary flooring is the perfect robust and reliable temporary access solution for construction sites, events, and any situation demanding durable ground protection.
I-Trac™ is entirely man-handlable and is secured by an inbuilt connection device that requires no special tools to operate. Each panel has 9 attachment points that enable the user to bolt on accessories where needed.
Its brick-weave formation provides a massive level of integrated strength and mitigates the weak point of most other flooring systems. That being the point of connection which is ordinarily linear. In I -Trac’s case, the fractured and offset connection points add enormous levels of resilience and combined strength.
I-Trac is also a non-metal system that is easily portable and secured by an inbuilt connection device that requires no special tools to operate. I-Trac is extremely quick to install; a single man can lay up to 40m2 in an hour. Each panel covers 0.8m2 of surface area and only weighs approximately 15 kg.

Our most recent work has taken us to the Kingdom Arena in Saudi Arabia for Riyadh Season where we planned, supplied and deployed temporary flooring across their state of the art football pitch for several world class boxing events. We also worked on the world’s biggest sporting event hosted in London in 2012. Here, we planned, delivered and managed the flooring across seven outdoor venues.
