  • Deliver our products in a sociably responsible manner in terms of safety and environmental foot print.
  • Manage our activities to ensure they are performed at the highest standards.
  • Ensure the BOS complies with ISO 9001:2015 and other regulatory requirements by routinely reviewing its continuing suitability and continuous improvement.
  • Increase productivity, efficiency and profitability.

STAFF

  • Ensure staff are competent.
  • Ensure the work environment is conducive to helping staff work effectively and efficiently.
  • Create a culture that seeks to improve performance, products and services.

SUPPLIERS

  • Use suppliers and sub-contractors who share our commitment for customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure requirements are met. And where all parties benefit.
