- Manage our activities to ensure they are performed at the highest standards.
- Ensure the BOS complies with ISO 9001:2015 and other regulatory requirements by routinely reviewing its continuing suitability and continuous improvement.
- Increase productivity, efficiency and profitability.
STAFF
- Ensure staff are competent.
- Ensure the work environment is conducive to helping staff work effectively and efficiently.
- Create a culture that seeks to improve performance, products and services.
SUPPLIERS
- Use suppliers and sub-contractors who share our commitment for customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure requirements are met. And where all parties benefit.
