Bowen left sixth form in 2021 with an entrepreneurial mindset, and wanted to go straight into the world of work. After being a sales assistant at a gym, he moved into working for an R&D company as a business development executive. From here, Bowen had the opportunity to join The Box Group as a sales development representative.

After gaining experience in sales, he took up this role in operations, and has developed a passion for project and operational management. Bowen takes great satisfaction from knowing he helps to make special and vital things happen.
